Eligibility

• Participants must have a valid copy of Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition.

• All players must join the official tournament Discord server.

• Participants must register through the provided sign-up form before the deadline.

 

Format

• The tournament will follow a 2v2 round robin format with rotating teammates within 4-player groups.

• Multiple rounds of group stages will be played until the top four players are identified.

• The top two point earners in the final group will be declared the winners.

 

Cash Prize

• A total cash prize of $(TBA) USD will be awarded to the winning 2-player team.

• The prize will be split equally between both winning players ($ USD each).

• Payment will be sent via PayPal, Venmo, or other mutually agreed method within 7 days of the tournament's conclusion.

• Players are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

 

Match Rules

• All matches are played as Best-of-3 using standard Supremacy settings.

• Civilizations may only be used once per group stage by each player.

• Replays must be submitted for all matches to be valid.

 

Code of Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized mods will result in disqualification.

• Players are expected to show good sportsmanship and respect toward others.

• Disconnects within 2 minutes of match start will result in a restart.

 

Scheduling

• Players have one week to complete all matches in their group.

• It is each player’s responsibility to schedule matches in a timely manner.

• Inactivity or failure to communicate may result in disqualification or replacement.

 

Administration

• Tournament admins reserve the right to make decisions on disputes, rule clarifications, or scheduling issues.

• All decisions made by admins are final.

 

Acceptance

• By registering and participating, players agree to abide by all rules outlined in this document.

• Failure to comply may result in disqualification without eligibility for the prize.
